We have been planting forests since 1983 and this experience is crucial when it comes to planning and managing establishment operations. We have strong quality control systems in place and maintain the importance of on the job supervision when establishing forests for our clients.

Silviculture

We have always prided ourselves on the quality of our managed forests and the reason for their success is hard work that goes into supervising and managing pruning and thinning operations. 

Most forests we manage are in clearwood regimes and we ensure that all pruning operations are pruned on time to maximise the amount of clearwood available at maturity. We record quality control data which is provided to the owner at the end of the operation. 

Our thinning operations are undertaken by competent, qualified thinners and we ensure that the job is planned from the outset so that there are no suprises for the forest owner later on.
